Marcella D. Moore, affectionately known as "Cella D," is a Transformational Speaker, Empowerment Coach, Motivator, Mentor, Minister, Author, Executive Director and Founder of Motivate and Pray, Inc. and CEO of Marcella D. Moore, LLC. She is dedicated to helping people become purposeful and empowering them to become better versions of themselves. Marcella brings over 30 years of professional experience from the corporate world, holding several leadership positions such as Manager, Director, and Account Executive. She finds great satisfaction in serving people and carries out these endeavors whole-heartedly. Marcella is a five-time Amazon best-selling Co-Author. As a life-changing speaker, she has mounted several podiums on various occasions speaking on multiple topics including self-love, bouncing back from life trauma, acceptance, mindset, life after divorce, single parenting, people-pleasing, purpose, and survival.

Marcella firmly believes in giving back to the community. She serves as an Ordained Elder at the Abundant Life Family Worship Church. Also, she facilitates the monthly “Motivate and Prays empowerment call” and the monthly “Caring 4 the Caregiver support call.”  Both teleconference calls serve as a resource for motivation, inspiration, empowerment, encouragement, and prayer. Marcella has several industry awards, including Vulcan Pioneers of New Brunswick Community Service Award, Extraordinary Single Mother Award, Jefferson Public Service Award, Spotlight Sister of the Year Award, and Women on the Rise Woman of Distinction Award.

She is a proud single mother of two adult children - daughter, Jessteni, and son, Elisha. Marcella is motivated by her purpose-inspired quote, “Be a part of your OWN rescue, embrace your OWN journey, live on purpose, and love yourself to life.” Her earnest prayers and desire are that the light of God on her life shines bright enough to make hearts open, babies leap and sleeping giants awake.
